Refund and Return Policy

At Aluminox Canada, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products—custom-cut materials—we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including for errors made by the customer when placing an order.

Non-returnable items:

• All materials are cut to size or customized upon order.

• No refund, exchange, or return is accepted once the order is confirmed.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer remains responsible for the shipping costs and any additional fees.

Exceptions:

Only in the rare event of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent or size error on our end), please contact us at info@aluminox.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. If we determine that the issue is our responsibility, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or partial refund.
